Exchange/refund conditions

For any of the following reasons, we are happy to provide you with a replacement item or refund to your original payment method:

-Design errors: classification of information provided to customers on our website, design errors.

-Poor quality: image/print blur.

-Beyond shipping time: If you do not receive your order within the specified time.

-Damage during transport.

NuRAY HOME acceptance return schedule? Our policy lasts 30 days.
If you have been 30 days after purchase, we will not be able to offer you redemption or

exchange. Is NURAYHOME notified when I receive a return package? Depending on your residence, the time when the exchanged product arrives may vary.
If you are shipping more than $75, you should consider using traceable shipping services or purchasing transportation insurance.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the return.

Who is responsible for returning the product? NURAY HOME will provide pre-labeling for any damaged, misprinted or defective items.
In all other cases, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility. What do you need to do in exchange for pick-up or replacement?

Package the products you receive.

Send 01 e-mail to our email:customer@vip-customer-support.com with the subject “Request exchange or replacement” and the content description of the product’s issue with your order/invoice ID


When
will you receive a refund? After we receive the returned product, please wait 6-10 days for you to process it.
All returned products will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection. If you are approved for a refund, you will receive a refund within 3-5 business days of the refund.

How do you get a refund? We will then process your refund and automatically apply your credit limit to your credit card or original payment method for a certain number of days.

Step-by-step reductions or omissions, if any,
and if you have not received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for the replacement to be officially released.

What should I do if something goes wrong?

For any defective products, email the customer@vip-customer-support.com for better advice.
Please contact us as soon as you receive the item. Your satisfaction is our first priority. Note: If any product has been washed, worn or exceeded 30 days, we will not accept customer returns or exchanges.
